Do you want to get fitter without having to attend one of our bootcamp’s? Perhaps you prefer to follow a regime at your own pace, at a time that suits you and your lifestyle. Our second Four Week Digital Training Plan is perfectly suited for you and builds on the progress of our first Four Week Training Plan.

In this plan, you will be guided through four week’s worth of exercises, which consists of three sessions per week, gradually increasing in difficulty to test your fitness and stamina. It’s been specifically compiled by David O’Driscoll to guide you through all of the exercises. You can do the exercises anywhere that suits you, at home, at work or any other location that is convenient.

The workouts have various sessions which involve:

  • bodyweight training;
  • functional training; and
  • running

This digital download is supplied as a PDF, meaning you can view it on most devices, or you can print it to have it close at hand. It has been laid out to make following the exercise requirements easy and straightforward. David is always on hand to help guide you or answer any questions you might have about the plan and exercises contained in it. At the end of the plan you should feel stronger, fitter and healthier.
