Yes, you must be aged between 18 and 65 years old.

No, we welcome people of all fitness levels to join our bootcamps.

We hold 3 sessions a week (12 a month). Please see the timetable on the Classes and Booking page for more information on session dates, times and locations.

No, we offer different packages, however it does work out cheaper buying our monthly subscription package.

Everyone! All sessions are designed for people of all shapes, sizes and different abilities. We ensure that your training works for you.

That’s fine. Most exercises last between 45s – 1minute. This means that you can work in your own time to make sure it’s comfortable for you.

That all depends on your diet and lifestyle. With a few tweaks that we can help you with you will soon see results.
