Please take a moment to answer these few short questions:

Please ensure you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. When purchasing a 4-week package your 1st session will only start from your official first booking. If you purchase on the 19th but start your first session on the 21st then that will be when your 4 weeks start.
  2. If you cannot fulfill your 4 weeks for any reason, please let us know and if this is an injury sustained through bootcamps we will be happy to freeze the remainder of your sessions until you return. Any other circumstance outside of Total Bootcamps, we cannot take responsibility for this.
  3. Please give us 24-48 hours' notice prior to cancelling a class, failure to do so will result in your session being lost.
  4. Our 50% Referral scheme can only be activated once a client you have brought to the business has signed up. Once this has happened you can then request a 50% off voucher for your next block.
  5. We offer 5 / 8 /unlimited session packages all with an expiry of 4 weeks. We do not run a direct debit system and we offer flexibility but in return we ask you to book in advance, listen to our instructions & train safe under our guidance in class.
  6. Once purchasing a block, unless the reason is extreme, no refunds can be offered.
  7. Please ensure payment or cards are updated prior to sessions in order to allow our instructors to start the class as swiftly as possible to ensure everyone gets 1-hour full time to train, Failure to do so will result in the class being delayed and disruption for paying clients.
