We’re living through some very strange times at the moment. Where as we always took for granted the ability to go out and exercise with friends, Coronavirus and the lockdown imposed with social distancing means this is no longer allowed. For sure, eventually, this will pass, and we will look back at where we are now and remember how things changed so dramatically in 2020.
One of the biggest challenges when we have to socially distance is how we can continue to stay fit. Never more important when perhaps we are having to stay at home, and our daily exercise routine has been interrupted, even if that means walking to and from the train station for the commute to work.
So, how can we best maintain our fitness levels during this time, especially when it seems we may have to socially distance ourselves for a while? We all know that our bootcamps have had to be put on hold due to the current restrictions, so exercising together as a group is, for now, not able to happen. However, this doesn’t mean you can’t continue to stay fit.
This is where our digital fitness workouts can come in. We have developed some workouts for you to do without needing to come to our bootcamps. Whilst they don’t have the interactivity of training as part of our bootcamp community, they can help you maintain your levels of fitness and health.
For those new to us, firstly, welcome! To get you started, there is a free digital fitness programme for you to try. It’s called “Five Days of Fitness” and is available to download from our shop for free. Yes, that’s right, we’re giving this away for free so you can see how our digital fitness programmes work, and to get you moving in the right direction.
Why not give the free programme a try. If you like what we’re doing, and think that we can help you get fitter, even during lockdown (and beyond!), then you can purchase additional programmes.
As ever, if you have any questions, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to answer any questions you might have.
Until next time, stay safe, stay well, and stay fit!
